Welcome to ThirdEye Events. By purchasing a ticket, accessing our mobile application or website, or attending any event organized by ThirdEye Events, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing a ticket or attending any event organized by ThirdEye Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If an event is cancelled by ThirdEye Events, ticket holders are entitled to receive a 100% refund of the ticket purchase price.
If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event date. No replacement ticket is required.
If a valid ticket is purchased but is not used and the attendee does not check in to the event, the ticket holder may request a refund of 50% of the original ticket value, subject to verification by ThirdEye Events.
Refund requests must be made through the official support channels within the timeframe announced for the event.
Certain events may require a specific dress code.
Attendees are responsible for complying with any dress code communicated by ThirdEye Events before the event. Individuals who fail to meet the required dress code may be denied entry without eligibility for a refund.

Attendees engaging in such behavior may be removed from the event without refund, permanently banned from future events, and referred to law enforcement where applicable.
All attendees are required to cooperate fully with event organizers, security personnel, medical staff, and venue management.
Failure to comply with reasonable instructions may result in removal from the venue without refund.

ThirdEye Events may use such photographs or recordings for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
